Welcome to Buzzar by Yaap Digital Limited These Terms and Conditions constitute a legal agreement between you (“you”, “user” or “influencer”) and Buzzar. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by the terms set forth herein. If you do not agree, you should not use the services.

Eligibility

You must be of legal age to form a binding contract under Indian law to use Buzzar. If you are under 18 years, you may only use our platform with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

Registration and Account

By registering, you agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any unauthorized use must be promptly reported to us.

Campaign Participation

Buzzar allows influencers to participate in campaigns. You agree to only post content approved by Buzzar and include necessary hashtags or tags. Fraudulent activity, including fake views or engagement, may lead to disqualification and forfeiture of compensation.

User Content & Rights

You grant Buzzar full rights to use, reproduce, and promote your campaign content. Content must not violate any laws or rights, and must be appropriate for public distribution.

Confidentiality

You shall not disclose any confidential information shared by Buzzar or its clients, including campaign briefs, data, or strategies.

Intellectual Property

All rights to Buzzar’s trademarks, logos, and content belong to Buzzar or its licensors. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, or misuse of the platform.

Child Safety

Buzzar has zero tolerance for content that exploits or endangers children. Any violations will be reported to authorities and result in permanent ban from our platform.

Limitation of Liability

Buzzar is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to data loss or business interruption arising from the use of our platform.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Buzzar harmless from claims arising from your content, behavior, or violations of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Mumbai courts.
